Buy American Compliant The Larson Electronics LED10W-4RU-F LED Light offers high light output from a light weight, durable and water tight fixture. This IP67 rated LED light bar includes a U-bracket trunnion mount allowing it to be mounted on any flat surface while still being able to adjust the angle after installation and produces 3600 lumens of light while drawing only 3.3 amps on 12 volts. This light can run on any voltage from 9 to 48 volts and provides a durable and powerful lighting solution that is ideal for use in industrial and commercial applications such as machine vision system lighting, security illumination and  vehicle lighting applications.   The LED10W-4RU-F LED light bar from Larson Electronics produces a 3,600 lumens of bright light while drawing only 40 watts @3.3amps from a 12 volt electrical system. Four Seoul Z-Power-10 watt LEDs producing a maximum of 900 lumens each are arranged in rows and paired with 35 degree optics to produce a wide flood beam approximately 170 feet in length by 130 feet wide. We also offer optional spotlight versions with 10 degree optics to produce a beam 390` long by 90` wide. These LED light bars are IP67 rated and waterproof to 1 meter, sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt and constructed to withstand the demanding conditions found in marine environments.

Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. As a result, many manufacturers reduce the output of their LEDs to reduce the amount of heat produced. These LED light bars utilize an extruded aluminum housing that incorporates an advanced heat radiating fin design which dissipates heat efficiently to produce the maximum amount of power and longevity from the integrated Seoul Z-Power 10 watt LEDs. The end result is more light and longer LED life with higher average lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours. Voltage Control: These units contain an internal voltage regulator which allows them to adjust input current to provide the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels from 9 to 50 VDC. These LED10W series light bars can operate on current ranging from 9 to 50VDC without any modifications necessary as a result. This multi-voltage capability makes these units ideal for mobile and stand alone applications such as those found on boats and vehicles where power systems don’t always operate with 12 volts and external generators, transformers or inverters are impractical.

Durability: The LED10W series of LED light bars from Larson Electronics offer IP67 rated construction that is designed to withstand demanding environmental and operating conditions. These LED lights are designed for low profile mounting options, allowing them to be used in spaces where room is at a premium. They offer extruded aluminum housings, stainless steel hardware and polycarbonate lenses that provide good durability, yet are slimmer and lighter than extreme duty LEDLB-E series lights. These units can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to 1 meter and are sealed against the ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The Seoul Z-Power 10 watt LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and vibrations, contributing to these unit’s 8.6G rating of vibration tolerance. Mounting: These LED light bars incorporate a hinge style mounting bracket design that provides 180 degrees of adjustability and allows the operator to attach one portion of the hinge bracket to the mounting surface first. The operator can then set the desired angle and attach the upper portion of the hinge style mount to the light. The operator then adjusts and tightens the hinge bolt to lock the light bar into position once the desired angle is set. This particular unit includes a U bracket trunnion mount which allows the fixture to be mounted to walls or any flat surface while retaining the unit`s angle adjustability. Note: Most Larson Electronics LEDLB, LEDP3W, LEDP10W, and LED10W series LED spotlights and floodlights are terminated with a Deutsch IPD / LADD DT04-2P connector. The mating connector plug is DT06-2S. Most LEDLB and LED10W series lights ship with mating connector as part of a harness or pigtail, depending on the model. Some larger LED lights like the LEDLB-160X2 or LEDLB-200X2 or multiple function LED lights (i.e. high/low beam, modulating, IR/Visible combos) will have different Deutsch connectors. On this particular unit there is a one foot pigtail attached to the LED light terminating in a 2 pin Deutsch plug. A wiring harness attaches to the Deutsch socket on the back of the LED light. The harness is terminated in a 2 pin Deutsch plug and includes 20 feet of cable, a relay and a toggle switch that will operate on 12 or 24 volts. The wiring harness is not necessary to installation. Operators can use existing wiring and switches, assuming they are rated for the amperage listed below.
