Purchased over 10 years ago and worn for 3-4 autumns.
Stored at home since then.
The red ALPHA tag that was on the sleeve is missing.
There is some pilling on the sleeves, hem, and collar (see photos).
I couldn't find a similar item with black sleeves and a khaki base on other sites or Mercari, so I think it's a rare item, but the details are unknown as it's old.
