Sold as is. Battery last a work day for basic use. Comes with the charging cord and several aftermarket bands. Watch face isn't scratched and has a brandnew screen protector on it. I never used it for more than time and to see notifications so I cant comment on how the fitness aspects work. Sometimes it gets stuck in water mode. The turn dial to get it out of water mode doesn't seem to work so I have had to completely reset the watch when it does that. I wanted to switch to Garmin, otherwise id still be using this as it operates just fine for my purposes.
