| The EPL-AEY-6.7ID-RED-MOD1 from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof Fire Alarm Enclosure that is rated for use in Class I Divisions 1 & 2 Groups B, C, & D, Class II Divisions 1 & 2 Groups E, F, & G and Class III hazardous locations. This explosion proof fire alarm enclosure features a highly visible red finish and an adjustable trunnion mount. The EPL-AEY-6.7ID-RED-MOD1 is designed to safely hold fire alarm strobe lights that must be mounted within hazardous locations and work areas. This enclosure from Larson Electronics is ideal for use with the Gentex Commander4 series of fire alarms. The red finish makes this enclosure highly visible in the work place and also helps to identify it as related to fire safety. The EPL-AEY-6.7ID-RED-MOD1 is equipped with an adjustable trunnion mount that allows operators to position it for ideal strobe visibility. For use in extreme environments, the IP66 rated waterproof unit resists the corrosive effects of weather, dust, dirt, and humidity. With a copper-free aluminum housing, enclosed fire alarms are capable of operating in hazardous locations with temperatures ranging between -22°F and 140°F, as well as 0% to 95% non-condensing, humid environments.  |
