Comes with charging cords and case for the iPad and a charging cord for the ear buds. iPad is like new no scratches on the screen and is in like new condition and will be reset before it arrives so it can be set up as new. The case is like new but is used of course. Beats Solo buds have been used twice did not like how they fit my ear and have been cleaned with alcohol and comes with new silicone changeable ear pieces. I watch movies and play games on the iPad all the time so it works. Great if you have kids who like to watch movies. It is WiFi only as far as I know I have never tried to have it hooked up to a wireless network. You will need your own charging block.
