Memoir of the late icon of food & travel, providing an unfiltered and uncompromising behind the scenes look at what goes on in the kitchens of all sorts of restaurants. Increasingly scarce early printing of the first edition. Some rubbing/scuffing to jacket faces and shelf wear around the edges. Torn area near middle of spine. Boards are straight and clean but with corners bumped and worn. Binding is firm and spine is straight.
