9686 is missing only one red rubber band. However,
the upper body of the boy minifigure is different.
The parts in image 6 are present in the correct quantity, but three of them have a different molding color.
We have confirmed that the battery box, etc., can be powered on.
WeDo's motor sensors cannot be activated without a program, so their operation has not been confirmed.
