Gorgeous plum/red handkerchief style hem skirt in a lightweight 97% cotton. From the 2000s, great condition with a couple of bits of rougher hem on the bottom which aren’t really noticeable when worn! No brand or size, simply labelled as “4” but this skirt has a 35 inch waist so perhaps best for a UK 14? The zip looks a little rough at the top but works smoothly. Open to bundles and happy to send more pictures:)
