You can wear inner down or thick clothing underneath, so you can wear it from now through early winter, and from February to April. Also, it can be used conveniently as a blouson by fastening the inner buttons.
The size is UK6, equivalent to Japanese size 7-9, but it has a wide body width, so you can wear it as a free size.
