VINTAGE Very beautiful empire waisted dress very y2k office siren !
The size is Medium
the skirt portion is not stretchy as it is a fleece type of material however the top portion of the dress is stretchy
In photo 3 there’s a loose loop in the belt area nothing it is still attached but loose so I’d suggest a quick stitch to fix it right up!
Other than that no major flaws no rips on the dress itself
