Fact is that while the rest of the industry is busy sticking their name on a generic or standing still with the same-old same-old; Profile is working hand-in-hand with the industry's experts to produce products with the performance and features that we all expect. They're thinking out of the box, and with the new universal Pivot DRL boards - it shows! EZ Sequential: Until now, if you wanted a custom sequential LED setup for your headlights - you were facing an expert-level job with complicated controllers and custom wiring. The Pivot sequential system makes setting things up so easy that even beginners can bust it out! (at least with a bit of common sense) Bright!With their powerful LEDs, The Profile Pivot DRL boards produce an amazingly clear, neutral white light and a pure amber for the turn signal. These things are just plain bright... easily outshining the factory LED setup. Pivot = Perfection! Switchback: Profile's specially designed controller have a separate input wire for your turn signal circuit. When triggered, it will automatically interrupt the white mode and flash (in sequence) the amber LED chips for a modern switchback turn signal in your DRL position. When the turn signal stops, the white mode will automatically return to its previous setting. OEM++ What to Order? Each kit comes with two of the sequential controllers. Each of the controllers has eight output channels. Each output channel powers two LED chips (because the LED chips are setup with two per plug). When ordering, you can select the total quantity of LED chips you need per headlight - up to 16. (Note that you will receive 2x controllers and 2x the qty of LED's shown in the "Per Headlight" option box!) Installation: Are the Pivot Universal DRL boards just too good to be true? No, not really. But lets be real, you have to take the headlights off your vehicle, open them up (which often times isn't so easy), and then carefully take them apart and re-assemble the internals to finish the install. Is it rocket science? No. But if you're not so handy or simply impatient, we do recommend professional installation. Universal: So nobody makes a DRL board dedicated to your application? No problem! The universal nature of the Pivot DRL boards makes them compatible with almost every design out there. If you've got a reflector based LED DRL system in your headlights, you can replace the LED's with the Pivot system. Each LED panel is compact, and has integrated mounting holes... so whether you want to drill some small holes and screw them into place, or permanently position them with some good ole' JB Weld - the install is up to you!
