ORIGINAL SWAT Tactical Boots, Black, 26cm

These are tactical boots from ORIGINAL SWAT, a popular brand for military products.

I bought them about 15 years ago to match my military-style fashion, and they cost over 30,000 yen.

They are very sturdy and robust.
They also use 'Thinsulate', a high-performance insulation material researched and developed by 3M.

Thinsulate is a combination of 'Thin' and 'Insulate', and it combines microfibers, which are about the same fineness as the tips of feathers, and polyester fibers, which contain a lot of air. Therefore, it is characterized by excellent insulation and heat retention.

I wore them twice: once for everyday use and once on a snowy day.
I haven't worn them since, as my preference for shoes has shifted to sneakers, and they have been stored at home. (I have taken care of them after each wear.)

Although the number of times I wore them is small, they are old.
They have a certain aged look, but the soles are hardly worn down. (Please check the photos)
