I am 173cm tall and weigh 68kg, and it fits perfectly, but it feels a bit tight if I wear a sweatshirt underneath.
I purchased this several years ago and wore it once on a trip. After that, I had it dry cleaned and it has been stored in the back of my closet ever since.
There is a slight closet odor, but I think it will be fine if you have it dry cleaned again.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
