This is a model kit of the 1/43 scale 【Thunderbolt LSR Bonneville 1938 G. Eyston】 made by Replicast, assembled by a foreigner.
It's a very rare model.
The record car Thunderbolt has been produced by several manufacturers, but they all have vertical fins on the tail and air intakes on the nose (the one from bizarre was also that type).
This is probably the version from the test run at Bonneville before that.
