This is a rare vintage 70s designer dress by Robert David Morton.
No fabric or size tag, will fit a medium best, see measurements. This designer was known for being the first to use stretch fabric in eveningwear and this dress is no exception, it is a nice heavyweight stretch fabric, probably poly/spandex.
Fabric is a beautiful turquoise blue with gold and orange seashell and sea coral print.
Item slips on over-the-head and has back-zip closure. Dress is fully-lined at top portion. Skirt portion of dress has faux wrap styling, so the second layer of the front of skirt acts as lining also.
It does appear that dress was shortened from a maxi dress, and there is a hem of about 1 3/4” if you wanted to let hem down to add a little length.
Approximate unstretched measurements are 34 inches at bust, 28 inches at waist, 38 inches at hips, 41 inches in length.
