This CD features works by American composers that are, in the words of Clarinet Soloist Sharon Kam, 'classical, Jazz, and everything in between'. The Copland clarinet concerto, first performed by Kam in 1992 has become her signature piece, having performed it in concert as often as she has the Mozart Concerto.
