This is a dakimakura (hugging pillow cover) of Hirogaru Sky! Pretty Cure's Sora Harewataru. It was sold and purchased several years ago. I have kept it carefully without ever opening it. The front features Sora Harewataru, and the back features Cure Sky (as it's the premium version, her chest is visible).
