This is a beautiful Tory Burch Maxi Skirt that is great for many different occasions. Waist measurement is 13". Overall length is around 34". Skirt has a side zipper. Very thin material. There is a small imperfection that I have pointed out with a ruler in one of the pics. Barely noticable when inspecting it. Doubtful it will show while being worn.
